Premier Staffing was established in Lodi, California back in 1977 by Pat and Roy Miller as the franchisee of a leading international staffing organization. Their success led them to become independent in 1997.  During the early years, activity focused on permanent clerical, accounting, technical, and administrative placements.

As the needs of clients changed, so did the operation. Service was expanded to include temporary and temp-to-hire in addition to permanent placements. 

In early 2011, Jennifer Wallace purchased the business from the Millers. She has over 20 years combined staffing industry experience with the last 13 years working for Premier Staffing as the Branch/Sales Manager.

Premier Staffing currently has over 350 employees on assignment in San Joaquin County, filling our client needs for clerical, light industrial, accounting, medical, bookkeeping, warehousing, administrative, and technical personnel.  Our business has grown at a rate well above the national average. We attribute this growth to establishing close relationships with our clients so we can learn their needs and offer assistance in dealing with a variety of personnel issues.

Our staff is highly trained and professional. The management group has been together over 13 years. Several members of our staff are bilingual, which enables us to work effectively with our diverse applicant base. With our central location, we are able to serve clients throughout the central valley from the Sacramento area through Stockton and Modesto.
